+1.
I know it's inconsistent with game setting, and OCO is a kind of blocker before bigger houses touched, but brick housing would be incredibly cool addition to big villages

Thanks a lot!
Now I can finally find myself a pickaxe on the beach like I usually do.

Thanks a lot!
Now I can go back to heaving pickaxes into the water like I used to!!

And I have a lot of ironmongery to get rid of because one of my chars did Smith Credo during the time that flotsams were borked, leaving me with three cupboards worth of asst steel gauntlets, scythes, bronze swords, metal saws, shovels, lanterns, druid's helms etc, all in mint condition cos wtf use do I have for eight brand new boar spear?

Questing improvement (choose rewards/commune with nature works underground)
Pickling musrhooms/plant all mushrooms

and maybe axe for boughs, how 16.1 have or some kind of bone-survival-tools spiraling ways

So now world drop pools are separated? items dropped in world 16 or valhalla, stay in 16 and valhalla.

I love the timber tunnel mine support. Metal nuggets in the recipe was the right move imo.

Please add bog iron or something similar. Some kind of early game metal that spawns on the surface.

Yes, wooden supports are convenient for reaching certain places. And they'll be even more valuable early in the game. And they look beautiful. The mine's passageway with these supports looks very authentic.

The idea of iron on the surface is good, but then there'll be no room to move around in the swamps—so many people already settle around it or nearby. Surface deposits sound good, though.

absolutely no bog iron because swamps are already contested enough early world, not to mention the complications that arise from easy metal access

i do still like that 1 idea of rustroot being smeltable into garbage tier metal nuggets that can only be used for a stark few things (no casting/forging) which could include these new mini supports.

by the way, since this thread is full of chatGPT bots i'll selfessly be the voice of reason and tell you that the new wooden mine support is completely fucking useless

if it's going to be a 1-wide tunnel it needs to be significantly longer than 4 tiles, else its just worse than the much older wooden support and impractical for anything besides MAYBE decoration
