Yeah, it seems that devs have perfectly attuned taste to amuse themselves with precise kitsch titles. Maybe to not let the people forget that they should not go to hearthlands, tis a silly place.

I know jorb said they added tool belt but I can't find it under anything. Would someone please tell me where it's located? I was so excited about it.

It is not a new item, but rather the existing belts have been made into tool belts.

You should equip the belt item on your character. After that right click on equipped belt, you'll see the belt slots.

It's not a new item it's on. There's two belts in the game already and that's where the toolbelt is. You have the Poor Man's Belt which has one (1) toolbelt slot and the other is the Hunter's Belt which has two (2) slots.

This is intentional. We didn't want combat actions to auto-switch items, lest you accidentally your sword right in the middle of a fight or something.
