Plenty of players would gladly take that debuff. Even with crippling debuffs it would still be the optimal play for e.g. crafters. And any type of character can simply be force-fed to stupid stats and then drop out of 300% to get rid of the debuff.

i was kinda hoping you would add a new combat system for this new world... even if it sucked it would give us something to learn or play with.

the only interesting change looks like mining/industry... but if your just mainly a hunter or farm/raise animals it doesn't really seem like there is anything new? kinda disappointed in that.


Do you think you could change cave anglers? otherwise most people will just try to find a good spot... make a bot to tell you when there is fish and then get tons of good bones/hide fish.... maybe you need to fish it up from the deep initially or something more dangerous? maybe it spits water at you?

the other change i was hoping was that u would make it so that animal quality areas move around... so there was a reason to kill random animals... otherwise once u know an area has q60 bears you will ignore it the rest of the game.

There are more changes than what is listed, but those are left to the players to discover after the new world launches. During the stream they suggested they nerfed various ways of cheesing animals, so there may be unexpected changes to hunting.

I don't care too much about anything else, but I care about one thing: please do not make another 9x9 world.
I think 7x7 is the maximum sustainable size with the usual player numbers, 6x6 would be even better.
Last world I met about 3 people during the first 4 weeks of the world... that was no fun, this is meant to be a multiplayer game after all.
In past worlds I usually met dozens of people in the same time frame.

What about slow quality gain by any trees/animals/mushrooms?
What about possiblity to plant all types of mushrooms in a pot?
What about making tree mushrooms equal or at least softcappeed by tree Q, so its possible to up?
What about cave entrance to lower levels of the cave spawned too?
And possibility to make cave entrance in a wall, like natural one?
