the Hermitage Alliance and Church of Satan (two groups these pvpers like to pretend don't exist) use both KITO and SoS builds.
I'm sure Loftar could work up data analysis of players over 300 stats, of what all skills were used for for PvE, KO'ing PvP, dealing the most wounds and Killing in PvP.

Combat is an effort of damage depending on the build you do; Snails group says the effort of Storm of Swords is low, but the damage output and wounds are also low; so much so you can leave combat for 30 mins and come back in fully healed. displayed by snail and group multiply times during their siege on whateverbay of there what? numbers of non-stop logging on in rotation to attack.

On the other side we have Flex, In our community know as one of the most busted skills for murdering noobs~ has never been nerfed.
The fact players can still get one shot with Cleave~

But anyhow Loftar should draw up a data analysis and let the data speak; the word of one little loud zerg alliance who scares most players away from the forums is the least amount of people we want to hear from.

Nerf Storm of Swords and remove bunny eepers but leave forager as is.

The problem with nerfing sword of storms is that it affects pve too. Combat needs a rework in general.
