I think this shouldn't be a bug, but an intended behavior.

People like bee dungeons in their claims. I mean, I have 2. Removing visitor debuff when simply entering-exiting was unfair, but raiding the dungeon requires some effort, arguably more than properly palisading it off.

So people should at least care to treat dungeons as hostile territory, which they are, not a decoration. Auto-eviction from a dungeon without visitor should be a subtle mechanic akin to magic of the hearth, not a bug.

Seeing that the author is still working hard to fix the bugs, I feel that the annual gold membership I purchased was not in vain. This is excellent and encouraging news. :D

The Long Arm of Justice: Jordan Coles et al. vs. The World Police

Whereas
-------------------------------
  • Jordan Coles was observed administering blows unto the person of Maze's wife within hours of the opening of the new world.
  • As chance, or perhaps some lesser deity possessed of a cruel sense of humor, would have it, the two parties thereafter established their respective settlements in close proximity to one another, from which arrangement there arose an ongoing regional conflict.
  • The offending parties identified in the recent bugraid, however, dwelt nowhere near either settlement, but upon an entirely different continent.
  • Nevertheless, they took it upon themselves to investigate the misdeeds of the aforesaid Jordan Coles, and to involve themselves in the quarrels of the region, thereby assuming, without invitation, the office of World Police.
  • Thus was a quarrel of neighbors elevated into an affair of the world.

Therefore
-------------------------------
  • Let it be recorded that the offending parties were punished for their abuse of the dungeon exploit, as was their due.
  • Yet it may also be observed that, had they permitted the quarrel to remain a quarrel of the region, rather than appointing themselves unsolicited arbiters of justice, they might have continued to enjoy the questionable pleasures of life upon this world.
  • Their intervention brought them from a distant continent unto the scene of the dispute; their abuse of the exploit brought them unto judgment.
  • Thus did those who crossed the world to police the affairs of others find their own affairs brought before the court.

Ad Notam
-------------------------------
  • There is wisdom, perhaps, in allowing neighbors to settle the quarrels of neighbors. For he who crosses a continent to become the sheriff of another man's feud may discover, in time, that the long arm of justice reaches considerably farther than expected.

What about a bug with bypassing snekkja hitbox allowing to place 4 dugouts around it and brick character on it. Without possibility to move, take dugouts etc? Did you fix it?

What about a bug where you can place a lot of items inside snekkja/knarr and then someone open cargo of said ship - character gets stuck without possibility to move?
