If you use building mechanic properly and have a couple of friends - it's not so hard.
We have like 30+ stone types ingame. so you can use 150 RC as main/secondary/tertiary and use all the other stone types in <75 as fulfillers. Voila.

Wouldn't you have to collect like 1800-1900 at the very least in order for the rock crystals to apply to all parts of the tower? Idk how that's possible considering the regeneration time on them unless you were saving from day one but even then...

It is not.
in order for the RC to apply to all parts of the tower - you need less than 200 RC.

I think you can just put like 199 of every stone in game and 201 of rock crystals

yeap... And I think we had way more than 30 stone types in game, so it could be even less than 100 RC - pretty real
