Really great atmospheric addition. I remember being flabbergasted when Boris (of ENB fame) hacked in the shininess in Skyrim for rainy weather.
Rain should reset all salt basins and the implication of rainbows leaves players so awestruck by nature's beauty that PvP is blocked for a while. The rain also damages siege devices and trying to operate one will cause a player to slip and impale themselves for a 50 point injury.

PLEASE I'm already very moist. Wish the sound was a little louder on light rain.

Can I please drink the rain by standing still

Yes, the sound is still a work in progress. I'll definitely make differently graded sounds.

we could slip on wet floor and get a new kind of wound (each type of floor may have it's sliping chance)

Fish food is really good, jorb actually blessed fishing. And now I'm fishing in a rain storm for it.

Crab scale helmet should be buffed if the turtle one is just going to be surperior in every way, considering the wounds from crabs vs literally no down side to turtle helmet
