"surely"

I think this one did get fixed actually, at least the latest iteration of it. I'll look for the specific patch when I have the time.

EDIT: but go off, king, strike the iron while it's still relatively hot

The biggest bugs exploiting bugs were removed. Good news.

In case the problem is that Jorb can't think of what should happen in that situation, here's my suggestion (that hopefully doesn't introduce new flavour of exploits):
-When two or more vehicle hitboxes are stacked together, any vehicle trying to move will cause an effect where they "smack together"
-"Smacking together" is a fancy term for two vehicles trying to break each other, leveraging existing soak/hitpoint mechanics
-Snekkja should have way more soak and HP than dugouts, meaning the Snekkja would quickly break the dugouts
-Assuming this scenario only happens due to deliberate bug abuse, you can't go around on a Snekkja and ram other people's dugouts into oblivion (for better or worse)

how about do not take advice from them in the first place? they manipulated you into lots of stupid game changes. being played then using a small bug issue to rid of them is pathetic tbh.

Oh yeah, another ban for snail. I can’t wait to see him show up in the next 3 days either on a different account or on the one that Jorb himself will unban. It’s like sentencing a criminal to a month in prison over and over again, because every time he gets out of jail, he commits crimes all over again. I’m really wondering what would have to happen to get him permanently banned, so he couldn’t play this game at all. We’ll see what bug he uses in the next world. Jorb must have some strange feelings toward scum if he lets them play.

EDIT:
Well, look what we have here. Classic.

It's one of the stinkiest villages around a thingwall the game has ever seen. Off in the very NW edge of the map.

Neigh un-siegeable. Our locals nearly removed the entire outter palisade from these stinky invaders however they had an inner palisade go unnoticed for enough time allowing them escape from total ruin, in the early hours of the morning they ended up putting together a force of their own nabs to slow down our bashing with wacky and timid skirmishing. Realizing we've spent hours sailing and bashing, only to come up short of removing the entire outter wall, with their builders ready and waiting to just build another hundred corner posts through the night. We retired for the evening with our sneks full of beehives. The blight was allowed to rebuild as no one had any desire to mindlessly bash it again for no further loot. The good deed of removing a stinky ass palisade that Jorb should probably nuke was not enough to return.

But someone probably tipped snail off and that ended with him banned too. The hearthlands can rejoice in that I suppose. Ainran got a stinky ass palisade in the NW though. Nabs beware.

Definitely a favorite fallback of Snail, but easily dismissed:
