The pissing match should be refereed by either oddy, or ardennes... They are both hermits, not linked to any faction, and trusted by most people(?). From what I've seen they are impartial and treat everyone equally. Only downside for some people is that Ard has ties to the H&H Discord. I don't personally see that as an issue. He might not even want to moderate the cesspit that is the forums.

I don't know much about pills but from the surface he seems pretty rational?
