No!nek, by all accounts, seems to have been a very light handed moderator as well but got death threats sent to his family home after one of his reportedly sparse temporary bans. These people desperately wanted him gone, probably just because they didn't like a "moderator" (wow so cool) being associated with our faction, but couldn't even point to any example of overreaction or bias in what he did.

Does anyone doubt if Vatas actually did even a quarter of what Jorb has done in the past few days they'd immediately start relentlessly harassing him too?

Maybe moderators need to be entirely anonymous. They should wear masks like the Mexican Federales who arrest drug kingpins In Tijuana, lest they be targeted.

Prior to him being demoted, no one had ever heard of these death threats. If he was actually being threatened then he should absolutely reach out to the proper authorities to have something done.
