The introduction of karma, about which I wrote above.

If the character is ready to kill, then he brings the victim, then loses some of the inherited experience (for example, 50% is lost).
If a character kills another with the same karma, then nothing happens.
If the murder is committed without a sacrifice, then most of the inherited experience is lost (for example, 75% is lost).
Murder of a peaceful character reduces the inherited experience, for example, by 10%. But killing another killer improves karma and increases the inherited experience by interest, depending on the karma of the murdered person.

This will not affect the PvP and, probably, will force not to kill the spruce hats, but other killers.

Gladiator arenas with money rates (in-game money a la Community Fair coins)? Tournaments with prizes and system alerts. This is honest PvP. And the Obelisk of Glory with the names of the winners.

We already had this a couple of days ago. 3 teams (barely, 2 actual teams and a frankenstein team) showed up, everyone else claimed "m-muh LOW STATS!!!", and Dis was just like "I didn't read patch notes therefore I suck at combat, i'm not coming!!!11". Maybe the devs need to implement the option to choose if you want to make your virtual equipment and stats equal with the person you're sparring.

2 Dis teams pussied out the day of the tournament, 1 guy from the AD team pussied out 2 minutes before the tournament, all because of "muh stats". Spar seriously needs an "equal stats" feature.
