Not sure what all fuss is about from both sides, these are minor changes in the grand scheme of things. I can pick up rage a bit faster, cool, I guess? Food change I dunno what to think about till I see it in action, not enough details.
Telling you now though, if this is a small world I'm dropping the game week 1. Only going to pay for 1 month's sub to see how it is. The map size for 16.1 was perfect and I don't buy the lie that all maps for all the worlds are the same size. World 15 was fucking tiny and garbage because of it.
Anyway, meh, I'm not really phased by any of these changes.
Positives -
Time factor returned to normal.
Central Spawn on 1 continent.
Rage cost reduced.
Negatives -
>Still no change to credos despite all the solid ideas given to make it less tedious (I will bring this up and bitch about it till the end of fucking time, I don't give a fuck).
>Map may be tiny, you've shown you kneel to the whims of certain players and those players want a tiny map and tiny maps are dogshit. Straight up. Just make the map the same fucking size as 16.1 but with a central single continent spawn and all will be well.
>No real exciting changes that would be ideal for an 'experimental' world with a short life span. I would have preferred you to just remove claiming entirely or something similarly radical, or add some CC moves to combat to make it more interesting and less of a running simulator.
Whatever, I'm still excited to play and there's basically no change that you could give that will kill my interest for a new world except for a small map.
