A Plea for Moderation

So responding to somebody is being thin skinned and emotional? That's rich coming from the guy who has decided to have incredibly strong negative feelings towards me just because I publicly admit to using bots for the parts of the game I just don't want to engage with anymore.

Regarding popularity, literally everybody saying "yeah +1" does not know me, and that is why they are saying +1 because i'm not affiliated with the larger factions, I do not play into the political bullshit of the larger groups and I'm a big advocate for constructive discussions over shouting competitions when it comes to difference of opinions. The ones that do know me are through in-game interactions around trading, and honestly that's not many.

I'm sorry that you do not like me because I have different views on bots and alts to you and you refuse to have any real constructive discussion about that. I've tried several times in that other thread to initiate any sort of actual discussion about real ways the problems around bots could be addressed, but you refuse to budge on your stance of "anybody at all who has even 1 alt should be permanently banned from the game, including their IP address even if that's an IP of a library or an entire school or something", to the point where you're actively trying to force that into your replies in any thread you possibly can.

I agree that as a group we're in top 10 (probably?), but are we really relevant? our group is 80% larp and the majority of the "big players" that made fni competitive when it was aren't playing the game anymore. I don't think i'm being misleading, I just don't think our group can really be considered a faction or relevant anymore beyond us being friendly with people since we don't get involved in jack shit anymore. Dani, as an example, is still in our discord and actively plays other games with us, but the W10 situtation stopped him from really caring about haven.

I did enjoy our massive realm expansion spam in W11 though (or was it 12?) that was fun, hope you're doing well lad. For what its worth, if our group is really still considered "relevant" to the larger politics in the game now then fair enough i'm happy to change my views, but I would stillargue that I myself am personally not affiliated with the larger groups. Most of our group just want to build nice looking stuff and play the game together as a group of friends.

Working in corrections for 20+ years, I know what happens to the popular guard who is "friends" with a lot of the inmates. Never goes well.

Constructive criticism? the thread where you stopped replying is still active. And now it's just not me, but others on both sides of the debate have begun voicing their point of views. you just stopped when you know what I spoke was something you could not refute.

Lad, you tried to call me out for being "part of the problem" solely based on the fact I very publicly said I use bots and why I use them. So I called that out. Your behaviour in the last few posts on this thread, all of which directed at me are entirely attempted at manipulating any sort of "emotional" response. You, my friend, are the toxic one in this situation.
