Do you even play this game dude? You should know their stance on "good" and "bad" actions by now, there isn't such a thing in this game. Just action and reaction.

Thats not a problem, since they can use time when none is online and come there easy and take them.

They seem to have quite small amount of HP. Or then only low tier ones.

I'm not, you might think you're 100% right in something you do but maybe the person on the receiving end in your scenario was just innocently exploring, not looking to cause trouble and then killing them seems like the right action to you because you don't know their intent. I understand your point but this seems like a normal consequence of such a system due to the way criminal acts in this game works and I think it's fine.

But what if they will abuse it and purposefully will provoke me to kill him?

Theoretically. If someone goes through the bother of crafting and sending those ghosts. They're not free.
