That cupboard setup is pure eye-cancer. Your organisational skills surely must rank in the negatives.

If you had time to make so many useless cupboards you had time to make a few gold coins to buy that silver.

That is a good setup, because it hold only one type of food that is ready to eat near feasting zone. Not need to have acses to any cupboard, just empty them all one by one.

That is only will add another displeasure, like in this patch. But it will not change anything. Just when the displeasure will accumulate more than certain point the people are go away from the game. More fun or more irritation from the game this is the question.

Here is an example of my long term storage for one type of item that i not need to use often, but i can use it in future.
I have 4 towers of such storages. And I'm not enthusiastic about them.
This only shows how uncomfortable it is to make good storages.

If this doesn't make it clear just how insanely imbalanced feasting + symbols are, nothing ever will.

You are absolutely right. But think about what people will do in the game if for good feasting session will be enough to eat a few pies.

I was talking with many people about stats cap and such on. And they say that if stats will be not matter for fight in that game then they will login in just only for fight, all that tons of food an working on stats become to not in demand. This will destroy the entire economy of the game on which it is now based.

You make 3456 pieces of food for a single feast and complain about silver being too expensive.
If anyone is rich enough to build 6 chests it should be you. Not that 6 chests are that expensive to begin with.
Gold to silver ratio is like 1:8 now? If you sell 1 cupboard of food for 25 gq you'll have 1 chest ready.

Do not worry, I will find a way out of this situation. I worry abaut bad tendency to deteriorate things without offering an adequate alternative. Salem™ which also in the beginning seemed a cool game, until such changes began as in this patch. Now that game is become from fun to pain in ass-style game™. I don't like pain. Are you like it?

It boils down to you being too cheap to build new containers Mr. I eat 3500 food in one sitting.

jorb has said that they likely won't go back to it. The convenience of rearraging things is a nice thing. Still, it's not that hard to set cupboards down in nice rows or sections to where you can access them all with a minimal amount of space and not need to move any of them. Sure, it might take you 5-10 more seconds to walk to whichever cupboard you want, but you can set this up so you don't have to mess with immobile cupboards, or even worrying about damage.

Given you have to move them, anyway, neat rows would probably won't be any slower. I don't know how you manage things client side, so I can't say what the benefits are or aren't.

Seeing as you have chosen the most difficult method of cupboard organization, yeah, I can see why you're perturbed with this patch.

Changing the subject, and one that has been discussed thoroughly in C&I... I think it pretty much boils down to being able to permanently sit in the max bonus area permanently with a near-0 hunger modifier. Two things can be done. Simple one is get rid of the bonuses, with the option of increasing the overeating penalties. Second is to adjust hunger mods on symbel by some method--nerf them all, change the calculations so there's more diminishing returns, and a couple more thoughts on it.

Back to the cupboards and "bone glue," there's a discussion in C&I on it. One of my thoughts is, to repeat what I posted there: if bone glue was more accessible, would it be as big an issue? What if it cut the amount of lumber needed down? (I think that was another poster originally)
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

If changes are made to make bone glue more accessible are we then not simply changing the recipe? What is the point of it then if it even goes against realism?
