I expect wolves with an option to tame it into a dog (no use for dog yet other than meat). Plus some wolf cape, some curio and some food recipes from wolf / dog meat

If we get tameable wolves, I really hope it's in the form of stealing pups as others have suggested rather than the same taming system as sheep/cows/pigs. My bet is on legitimised wall-jumping through siege towers (QQ to end all QQs).

Better be high walls and the ability to dump boiling tar on enemies as a counter.
W3 to W6 - Blockland. Special mentions: New Avalon, Tarn of Hotdog, Red October.
W7 - Elvenia, til we all got lazy.
W8 - Cult of R'lyeh, til the deeps called us back.
W9 - Tartarus, til death/wizards came for the land itself.
W10 - ???, ruined and forgotten.

brick walls and battering rams would lose their purpose though, palisades would be pretty much equally defensive (if you can still call them that) and who would bother building a ram if you can just jump over with a siege tower.

I'm enjoying all the updates, big or small. It helps that they've been so frequent that if there isn't anything that absolutely thrills me I can just wait til the next one.

Yes jorb, it is far to late to stop the hype.
