Removing the ability to everyone to hunt from a snekkja because someone had an army botted on his knarr is bad.

Or have an army of row boats...
Also what about sleds ? can people still put bots on them to help in fighting ?

IMO a good way to fix this issue is to make it so that only the driver - of any vehicle - can attack.
This has been said before though. Please consider it.

You know, this very subject has been approached before. It was not the update that made it possible, it has always been possible.
Likewise, you are fully aware of this issue as it has been brought up before.

But, now that it has been used in a significant way, your tune has changed.

If the damage done was known to be over 1M+ authority, not counting any potential damage done to the Realm's claims due to assumed drained authority (Assuming cairns can be destroyed if the realm authority is zero). Why was only 500k Auth restored?

What happened has nothing to do with the changes. It was always possible before hand.

The only change that finally brought things into motion is the 15k cost per cairns.

Knowing full well that a village will not be able to rebuild from 0 auth with those costs finally pulled the trigger.

If anything, the changes that you believe are at fault, only saved a couple of minutes of work.

Why did you help the realm who got hurt due a game mechanic and the realms mistakes? Did you do the same for the hermits in Shubla’s video that drowned due to your game mechanics and their dumbness to get to land? Were they revived or gifted half their lost lp? For some reason this whole “fix” seems to put realms at a higher pedestal than anyone else who plays the game.

In that regard, it sort of seems like a bad direction to go into. I thought you guys wanted to encourage more complete expansion of areas.


That could be a legit point. Will consider that.

Having the authority cost as a function of the border length should solve that problem nicely.

If those were ongoing situations, rather than fait accomplis, I might have done something about them.
