if you want to revive trading make it so you can't bring sub tokens across new worlds and force people to use all of their tokens by the end of this world (or autouse theirs if they dont)

that way it'll actually be a fresh start for next world
the proliferation of automation is the rot of this game, with the next worst thing being the filth that plays it (you, probably.)

Charters still require will to use?
I think will requirement should be removed. Its not fun to use trade alts or bulk will to your character only so you can tp to some place.

So, you just pop up a village for a siege rn, build CS and you can teleport any fighter you want to make siege even more likely successful? Safe altspam without the need to build wilderness beacon for each of them? GJ with implementing back yet another abusive mechanic.

Why should one bother to build a charter stone when you can just build safe pali for your fighters to afk camp the siege in?
Siege is broken and must be fixed. I'd really like to hear how devs "intend" the siege to work. For example, how am I supposed to prevent immediate raping of my place if my location becomes public knowledge?
Or how some unlucky nab is supposed to protect himself if he gets sieged? Why devs don't seem to try solve this.

Also current siege system gives ridiculous benefit from pali layers. By building 10 layers of pali you can increase the effort to siege. That is quite dumb, I don't want to build 10 layers.

Surely removing tokens will revitalize trading and I won't ask for 500 morels for anvils I shit out in bulk (ps I wont deliver)

In legacy there was trade even for very precious things without tokens.
You wouldn't have to trade it for morels.

If every faction member including the ones I live with were offered 10k/person and given a week to siege my willage I'm very confident I could defend it on my own.

yeah, because in legacy those resources were more tedious to make than their offers (bone glue, rope, cavebulbs for gold rings)

if you have no friends that came to defend you, you can be raided easy and i think its okey (find friends)
But you can also didnt came for 2 days and didnt know that you are sieged, so maybe it will be good if people can make autoalarm system between village . ( but after it stelth raid will be impossible)
