God I hope this is it

I wanted a wipe for 6 months, THE MOMENT I DON'T WANT IT, it happens? w12 deja-vu

I just took the upcoming week off...I'm hyped, but this is going to take some figuring out, taking another holiday a week after coming back would be a bit of a problem.

EDIT: For reference, in case this is a world reset announcement, here's the time between announcement and world start for previous worlds:

genuinely pretty hyped for the year's first jorbstream. Fingers crossed all the rumbling about a certain prelude is correct, but regardless I'll be happy for a check in and a stream with the lads. I'm sure there wouldn't be a dev stream if something cool wasn't on its way

Actually just a stream of Jorb and Loftar whale hunting and killing any mishap hearthlings along the way. Might even nuke a village or two if they're feeling festive.

Ayo hot take, is better to take the Friday (hope to goodness you all release new world on a Friday again) or following Monday off of work?

Depends on your time zone mainly. If you're in Europe the world reset always happens in the evening somewhere so there's no point in taking the Friday off. The further west you are, the more possible overlap there will be between the new world and your workday. In the past there's also been delays at the last moment when the world was supposed to launch, resulting in it launching up to several hours later, but I think it's been a while since that last happened. Depending on what got added there may also be server crashes in the first couple hours, but they always bring the server back up quickly on reset day.
