If this winter feels better, we just might restore it for next year.

the pvp implications are kinda bad for that

Vigilance is right. You have really set the stage for the removal of PVP at this point. I hope to see it in the next patch.

Any plans on adding an interface or something to see what the size of the bubble generated is? Is there one i guess?

+1 here. I like that game mechanics cause us to focus on other things for a while. Caused, rather. Now anyone who wants competitive quality increases has to keep farming. Fortunately I'm so far behind the leaders it doesn't matter - but WHY? Let those who care build expensive greenhouses, if you must, but why go farther than that?

Yeah, this would be very useful.

Failing that, it would be helpful to publish the sizes, so people who care can more easily decide how many of what to build, and where to put them.

Also, where is the recipe for the Mound Bed?

12 compost 6 straw

I also like the idea of winter allowing a crop reset. Gives time to do other things / rethink farming layouts ect.

IMHO it has removed sense of having seasons in game tbf. The only difference between them are curious you can find in the world. If you wanted to make the game easier you could add a hearth magic spell to keep selected area “forever green” with more tiles selected making it more expensive in terms of exp points. I hoped for more challenging winter experience like necessity to wear warm clothing for example.

Recipe found. Our rancher didn't have it, because I've been the only one working with compost.
