It's stupid, isn't it? I will experience genuine anxiety over "why aren't they posting anything?", harboring some weird assumption it's mental health issues (partially caused by dealing with a forum full of us). I love the game but I don't want to play alone or with randoms and my friends aren't into it. Why do I care so much, then?
I think it's because I can see myself making a game like this, in another life where I didn't spend my formative years jumping from one hobby to the next.
