New Implementations
-----------------------
- Added "Totemic Gate". A massive building project requiring the Totemic Skull of a mighty beast to construct. The gate has all the functionality of a normal gate, in that it can be closed and locked, but it needs to be manually placed. For purposes of W16, the "Totemic Gate" is always a visitor gate.
- Added "Thatched Hut", the smallest buildable house yet! They have no internal walls.
- Added "Pipes & Pipeweed", skill (now) required for planting Pipeweed, and which unlocks Pipeweed related recipes.
- Added "Adder's Lying Tongue", curiosity occasionally dropped when cleaning "Adder"s.
- Added "Nasty Pond Scum", curiosity occasionally found in Bogs, Swamps, Ponds, and Tidepools.
Key Fixes
-----------------------
- Added/Reworked handling of skeletons for Mammoths & Trolls by creating/exporting/using proper animated skeletons for them. Mammoths now for no reason in particular drop a discrete skull object, much like Cachalots.
- You can now, while carrying a "Produce Sack" shift-click the ground to dump the sack into a new stockpile. Would like to provide a proper placement mode, but didn't get the time for that today.
Small Fixes
-----------------------
- You can now restore decayed "Mound Bed"s by simply dumping "Mulch" on them (hold Mulch and right-click). Don't quite know what we were thinking in enforcing a re-build every winter.
- Fresh and Cured Pipeweed Leaves can now both be used as "Thatching".
- Cleaned up various internal definitions of hair and feathers, and used that to allow the "Poacher's Pouch" to hold those, as well as various one-offs such as troll parts, "Adder Fang", "Bat Wings", "Eagle Owl Eye", "Fresh Sly Ear of the Fox", "Fresh Squirrel Tail", "Magpie's Thieving Claw" "Raw Lucky Rabbit's Foot". Hairs now consistently stack 3 high, sorry "Badger Hair", I loved you at 4. Troll Hair is no longer "String".
- "Lynx Claws" now stack 4 high.
As always, if you liked what we did here: Support the patch.
Today's Patch Item, for the fair price of $7, is the "Cowboy Bait Hat".
Store Description wrote:$7 This hat often feels like a cheap gimmick when you put it on, but, hey, it gets you moving forward. Yeehaw!
All Gold subscribers have been awarded the "Cowboy Bait Hat", free of charge.
