No FEP for Chantrelles

I heard that eating Chantrelle mushrooms gives Dexterity FEP, yet I receive none when I eat them. I only find ones below Quality 10, is this part of it?

Chantrelles below Q10 give no FEP. Q10-50 give one FEP. >Q50 gives two.

I have never found one with less than 10. You probably aren't skilled enough.
