Small thing,
We have a village banner that has been fully constructed, since a few days back, spare the wrought iron required. That requirement has now been removed. However, I can't finish the banner off! Any ideas other than destroying it? (what a waste of flax!)

Right, that's true. I didn't think of that. :)
Just hacking one point away from it (best done with anyone with STR<20) should allow you to just reinsert one piece of building material and restart the construction from that point, at least.
