I have the same problem. It seems like parts of the sound are played multiple times rapidly.
I've noticed it with arrow shots, doors closing, stuff being dropped into water and punches in combat. The music has a tendency to do this at times as well.
I do not notice any graphical lag at these times.
It's hard to give a report on how often it happens, maybe About 20-30% of playbacks.
