Revoked Claim still "Exists"

Im unable to place a claim until i declaim my previous claim, which was revoked due to lawspeaker impatience =D
But naturally, I cannot declaim that which was already revoked.
I also never received any LP from the revoked claim. Possibly intended to encourage declaiming instead of a neccesary revoke.
Thank you for any help.

Side note: I have a keyless gate stuck open as well. missing cornerposts and a wall, freestanding eerily.

Loftar, the account he's having trouble with is Killface2 and char is Starscream
