Uselessness of claim secrecy

When you right click on something in someone's claim the display message will be "That land is owned by someone". But when you try to walk over the claimed land (without criminal acts on) the same message will display but it will say the owners name.

I used to get this bug, I thought it had been fixed. That's odd.

I know this was bugged previously, but any way I look at the code, it should be fixed by now. Are you absolutely sure this happens on the currently running server?
