Seems like problem was in trough. Food bar showed that trough was full, but today i had same problem, animals was on half of their hunger bar. Ive replaced that trough to another one and lifted old with half filled bar far enough from animals. After a hour or so that old trough showed as EMPTY but it was far enough out of fence. So beware.

Also for the problems with not being able to plant grass agian pave the now mud and then plant grass on the stone this is annoying i know but all the more insentive for you to feed your damn cows
