Max HHP not affected by items

I have 45 CON and 63 STR and with this my HHP is 220. Probably I gain it from bear cape, bear talisman with wine or snort simultaneously. And now it doesn't reduce or increase.

seems to be 3 hhp per 1 con or something =/

No it seems to be HHP = SQRT(CON / 10) * 100
