Tracking - Invisible Scents

Well due to the amount of theft from our place, I have gotten tracking. My perception is 19 and exploration is 25 yet I see no scents. The only way I have been able to see scents is to zone in and out of one of the houses a few times. Is this due to my skills or is it an actual bug/glitch?

Also there was a theft bug recently. You can get anything you want without leaving scents and without learning theft skill at all. Just use Shift + MouseWheel. I don't know, but perhaps now it is already fixed.

Your Explore/Perception, will be rolled against the perpetrators Stealth/intellect, eatch time you leave far enough from the aria and come back, or if you enter a house, it will be reerolled. so basically if the perpetrator has high skills and you have low skills you may have to reeroll many many times before you are able to see it.
