Bug: Cupboards and wardrobes, outside.

Minor nuisance, nothing gamebreaking (just bloody annoying).

Can not place cupboard/wardrobe blueprints outside/outdoors for construction. Neither on forest tiles, grass tiles nor pavement. (Or in silt, lake, heath, marsh or swamp. Nor the one single mudflat tile we have in the cow's paddock.)

addendum: Can't make them in basements either, what the mouflon, seriously.

I agree, however I must stress I feel annoyed at the arbitrarily random building restriction. Since only the cupboard and wardrobe have to be specifically made indoors now. Out of... Every piece of furniture currently in existance.
