Uh, Jackard. You are misinformed. The game does recognize marriages but the second and subsequent ones requires you to have a minimum lp. I think the first one is free to any noob but each additional spouse after that requires you to have another million lp. I'm not sure how many lp your character has at this point but I suspect if you line up another three or so it will refuse you the last one.

There is an easy solution though. Just take them on as concubines and catamites and upgrade them if you like them enough when you've raised your lp sufficiently.

You need to max your day belief to neutralize the vampirism penalties.

i had this same bug happen to me last map. i just destroyed it and rebuilt another.

I tried destroying and re-building my spinning door but the new door still spins, only counter-clockwise this time.
