Game kicks me out

Hi, I just started this game today and, I cant move out really far, cuz if I try to get out of Start area the game kicks me immediately out, and if I try to log in where I just logged out ...it kicks me again.

There are no Failure-Messages, etc I'm just back again in the Log-In screen, and can't login my self cuz "there is someone already logged in" after few seconds I can try it again...and just get kicked..
First I had this weird BlackScreen Loading bug, now it's kinda gone, don't ask me why...

Can someone maybe help me`?

There's a couple things that could cause this. What kind of internet connection do you have?
Let's see... firewalls?

A few more details would help.
(Why yes, I do work in QA...)

mh I'm using DSL with LAN connection , my Firewall is ZoneAlarm, and the system I use is XP, Java newest version.


Edit: Okay I think I get rid of the BlackScreenLoading-thing by enabling Java in my Firewall.

But one problem is still left:

I get kicked from the game, if enter some areas... I can't really tell what areas they are...cuz I'm new to this game, but for example I can't fully run through the point the game gets started without getting kicked

(At the moment I'm staying in an area where my friend is staying, he logged into my account, and brought me there, cuz I couldnt..due to the kicks. And I'm not getting kicked there, but if I try to leave this place..I'm getting kicked again...kinda feels like being in jail.)

What do you mean be being "kicked out"? Does the client just return to the login screen?

The logs tell me that your connection is timing out, so I'd have to say that your Internet connection is probably a bit flakey. I can't tell you why from where I'm sitting, though.

Well, I can tell you that this just happens in this game.

Can it be that the connection times out, when entering certain areas?


Edit: But you have a good point, because same things are happening on the PC of my sister

I found something more out.

Whenever I get this disconnect, I need like ~6trys to login at my Hearthfire (Logging In from wehre I log out is almost impossible)

Isnt there anyone who has/had the same problem as I have?..this is frustrating.

And if it's really caused due to my internet connection, what is weird..cuz other mmos are running fine, what can I do to fix it?


I don't want to sound rude, but, it would be very nice if someone could help me out :/


edit: I found out, that if I try to log-in , from where I get disconnected, I will get stucked again in the blackloading screen.

Sorry, but I cannot quite figure out the exact details of what's causing this -- all I can say is that it sounds as if it's caused package loss along the Internet route. As such, the only real advice I can give you is "play from a more reliable connection", but I don't think that's very helpful to you.
