White screen

I've been trying to open the haven and hearth game for a hour now and every time the screen is white never changes but my mouse changes to the haven and hearth mouse is their any way to fix this?

My java version is the latest whatever the number is...
My os is: intel pentium 4 cpu 2.40GHz 2.41 32-bit and ram 4.00.
And i dont know what client info is

os (Operating System): Windows xp, Vista, 7 32 or 64 Bit?

client, are you playing by pushing the play button on HnH website or are you using an alternative client like Ender or Arksu?

Have you done a Java Update? Do you have an uptodate driver for your graphic card?

whatever the number is...

maybe the wrong one...look under system properties / Java

Its 1.60.
my computer is windows 7 32 bit.
And i dont think they update my driver for my graphics card i'll try tho
Edit:Yep its the latest version since after the last update they dropped support
