Everytime I click on Haven and Hearth the Java thing pops up and then I tick "Trust this content" or whatever and when I click "OK" it says "Failed to validate certificate. This application will not be executed" what do I do?

I have Windows 7 btw...

edit: After a bit of digging, the suggestion is to make sure Java is up to date.

Another completely unrelated option: skip the standard client and get one of the third party clients. I'm not 100% sure if that will work, though. Ender's client, found here, is the most popular and updated.

Jorb or Loftar one published a certificate a while back. You might want to try digging for that and store it in your computer's security cache. It's the only other thing I can think of. I tried digging for it, but can't remember where I found it before. :(

Yes, but there's some serious issues with all the clients because of some of the base client code. Ender's magnifies the problems because it's trying to render 4x the game area along with all the other things being done. Nobody has gone through and rewritten any of the client, just hacked other things into it.

The clock in the bottom right of your screen if you're on Windows. Incorrect time can make the computer think the certificate has expired. Hour and minute shouldn't matter, but date is important.

Are you the Admin of your machine? Make sure you are hitting apply before exiting the Nvidia Panel?
I had a retardedly huge signature and have gotten this embarrassing replacement to show for it.
