Blueberry Pie turns to Ash in a container.

The worst monsters in the Hearthlands warp the fabric of space and time..

Blueberry Pie turns to Ash in a container.

Postby Jessikur » Fri Jul 13, 2012 3:59 pm

As the topic title says.

I cooked a blueberry pie and removed it from the oven. I then placed it into the wooden basket that starter players can make from 10 branches and logged off for a little bit. I logged back in and opened the container, the pie had turned into ash.

Other bakery items like bread and pumpkin pie haven't done the same, only the blueberry pie.
I suppose this is a bug, either that or I am misunderstood on the situation.

Looking for help. I'm sort of new to this and I'm trying to get my camp well structured.

loftar recently implimented food decay, but jorb didn't draw mouldy bread, so he made it decay into ash.

In cupboards they should last a bit longer.

WARNED

He's lying. It's definitely a bug.

Maybe someone took the pies and placed ash while you were offline.

@Jessikur

just do the same procedure again, bake a blueberry pie, take it out of oven - but keep it in your inventary for a minute, make sure it's no Ash
if it's still a blueberry pie drop it in Basket - keep the basket open for a minute, if still a blueberry pie:
log out - wait a bit - log in and have a look...

Who in the right mind actually goes into someone's residence, while carrying ash (I had never seen it before, so it wasn't previously mine) and replaces ONE piece of food with it? Seems like an empty street to me. Plus the pie wasn't high quality either, I still can't grip onto the concept of raising quality for items.

I suppose I'll try it again...
Just keep this in mind in-case it happens to you.

You've obviously never observed my work before if you think people don't do stuff like that.

Thanks for the first impression.
I'll write down that you are arrogant.

Perhaps if you focused more on the bug aspect of the thread instead of accumulating post count or trying to promote yourself for ridiculous purposes then I would actually have a little respect for you right now.

Have you tried replicating said bug again? If not then do so, if they turn to ashes it's a bug, if they don't then you got trolled.

Don't expect any bugs found to be fixed any time soon, because they won't
