Getting logged out but not my character.

The worst monsters in the Hearthlands warp the fabric of space and time..

Getting logged out but not my character.

So this is an issue that has happened a few times and I thought I might as well bring it up. Sometimes I get logged out of the game, randomly, but my character doesn't. This is especially annoying because it means that my character is just sitting there and I can't log back in because it says I already am.

I'm running the ender client if that matters.

I don't randomly logout, but I sometimes have the same problem when I logout and try to log back in shortly after.
Hope you have a great day

Client(s) should have a option to not close the game view until a character is actually logged out.
(... think salem had a soft log-off console option.)

I've been having both that AND the entire client randomly shutting down and dissapearing leaving me at desktop. First world this has happened in so Ender my good man? Probably time for an update......

I used to have this same issue. Go into your Task Manager, and end Java. This will fix your char's idling, after logging out.

It won't.

Probably the time you'll need to open TaskManager and kill java is enough to let the server log your char out :P

That may be - but I made a post last year, about this same issue. From my experience, my char stayed logged in for 4+ hours before i had to kill java. I wonder if different factors where at fault, considering it was w5 vs. w7. I'll try to locate the thread, but someone might beat me to it.. I'm at work. I believe it was w5, but I'm not sure if I posted in bugs, or how do i.

Anyways, hope you found a fix!

Do you mean that it's not a permanent fix? If so, yes, you'll have to do it more than one time, if you are having the same issue I had.
