This is annoying and how should we solve this?

Hey ,jorb, loftar, recently I was at my holiday and later when I loged in my place was surounded by pali and CLAIMED. I AM STUCK BECAUSE I CANT EVEN DESTROY MY HEARTHFIRE BECAUSE ITS ON SOMEONES LAND! ITS MY HEARTHFIRE!!! NOW TELL ME HOW SHOULD I GET OUT OF THERE???

You see these people were my friends and when I loged in they were dead and I was on unknown claim and I cant even get out of here. There is no bad stuff but I think they quit the game and I left with this shit. Its illogical I think this should be solved somehow.

Samu it's not a Bug when you have your HF not on your pclaim (or your pclaim is too small to be not vclaim declaimed)

While i had to encounter it myself - some people just grind more and faster then us - so need to shout at someone in Caps...

Leave a RS asking them to destroy your HF (if they're not mates of yours and want you in...) - if you're inside you enable CA and tresspass without skill..

Why can't you destroy your own hearthfire even if it's on someone else's claim? Hearth fires are bound to hearthlings, and that permission and link should override all others. Not saying you shouldn't be able to destroy hearthfires on your own land, but someone shouldn't be restricted from destroying their HF on your land (provided they can get to it).

In this case the problem is he's trapped in Pali - so only way to spawn wild would be to destroy HF...which leaves vandal scents as it's not his property - same would happen if Samu ramms himself out

Another way to get out would be to have low TW and getting invited to a village to port there....

Yes AnnaC you should be able to destroy your HF yourself everywhere without leaving scents ... (needs a fix...)

didnt you tell your friends you were going on holiday so they could have avoided this situation? or did they simply forget about you?

You this is not about friend ( I tried to contact them - nothing) but if we have such situation it is really inconvenient and I dont wanna wait all month to automaticaly declaim function or when pali wents down.

looks like his friends were killed and someone else took over, so if he finds the people there they'll probably kill him too. now the question is if you can't destroy your hf on someone else's land what happens when you inherit and your hf is on someone else's land?
