Can't download?

okey, here's the problem

I press play, it launches java web start, i let it through my firewall when the.. thingy pops up and it starts downloading.
Now, it's been stuck half ways for about 30 minutes.

yes, i have the newest Java installed..

My friends and I all have this same problem! The download freezes partway through, no matter what we try.

I'm having the same problem. I reinstalled windows (7) yesterday so this is a fresh java install directly from Sun's website.

I'm not sure if this will help you, but I got around the same problem by editing autohaven.jnlp to use 'https' instead of 'http.'

I changed all instances of http:// to https://

Still no luck though, it gets stuck at about 1/8th of a way through.

Heh, it seems that putting "https" instead of "http" works!

Edit: Nevermind, i was wrong, it got stuck at 1/8... Must be some internal server problem theyre having.

Try clearing your java cache. I managed to get pretty far into the download (still failed, ) by clearing the cache and giving it another go.

But yeah, looks like they're having some sort of server error. I've also observed that these forums are rather slow, but being new, I don't know if that's the norm.
