WOW. I'm really dumb. As a matter of fact I DID have UTorrent running in the background this whole time. (Auto-starts on login) closed it, works great :D

Edit: I take that back. It works for like periods of about 20 seconds at a time, lags for about 10 seconds, same pattern

Edit (2): Okay. I restarted my computer. Works for awhile, then goes back to me not being able to do anything. So it forces me to relog. Which is frankly annoying.

Well, other than that, I cannot really tell. All I can see is that the packets from your computer don't reach the server, but since it happens outside my jurisdiction of the 'net, there isn't really any way for me to figure out why that happens. BitTorrent was my best guess.

when i try to login, the text "Connection refused: connect" appears. What should i do?
