they just need to give the moderators a task of cataloging all the outstanding bugs in the game and keeping the list updated.

mods need to be able to sticky threads or there needs to be some "elevated" subforum of bugs to move things to

Yup, cause I used the search function, but couldn't find anything specific to what I was looking for (or I just didn't phrase it the same ;)) and I wasn't about to read through 64 pages of topics.

Two subforums without the ability for john doe to create new threads where stuff is moved into:
"Open bugs" receives threads with confirmed bugs (merged together to have one thread per bug only)
"Solved issues" receives solved issues (doh)

So Loftar could just grab one thread from "Open bugs", squish the critter and then move the thread to solved.

That will be good, since the area also has a chance to be unloaded in case no toon is nearby.

This could lead to q reset should you just stroll away a bit to do other things while a kiln is burning.
Maybe while on it check if same problem affects other objects consuming fuel (smelter, alloying crucible, oven) ?


The same thing seems to happenj with smelters.
