I think it is from the fact that when you raise your con, your HHP raises to keep the same percentage.
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

I regened hhp today after i moved my life slider to the last spot. I was about 8 hhp shy of full, now an hour later i'm full.

Same, me was regenerating like 1-2 HHP per day. That doesn`t work last days, though.
