Yeah, Loftar usually at least checks out what happened. They seem pretty busy recently though, so don't expect much.

A similliar thing just happened to me, was on shore and my boat suddenly dissapeared.

It's character lost tread, please read careful. Boats disappearing often. It's normal practice.

The only thing I can see in the logs is that your character stopped playing a short time after you logged out. I'd guess what happened is that you were near shore and had an open fight-relation with some boat-breaking animal (such as a boar), and that after you logged out, that animal walked up to you and ate your boat, leaving your character swimming and, shortly after, drowning.
