If you build a support outside and destroy it, it'll rain rocks. As funny as a falling sky is, I don't think this is the intended behaviour.

So one with a ton of nuggets and wood blocks could stage a siege simply by building a wall of mine supports around an active village and waiting for the villagers to destroy them?

Is it confirmed that cavein rocks actually damage structures they land on anyway? I don't think that they do...

That doesn't really confirm or deny anything, but people are still posting under the assumption that falling rocks will somehow damage structures.
