Pearls - Has anyone found one lately?

I've actually noticed a lot of people have pearl necklaces already. I was under the impression, from personal experience mostly, that this was actually something that took quite some time to accomplish.

I think when they made pearls also curiosities perhaps their rarity was mistakenly affected as well, making them much more common than they should be.

Now it might be fixed.

I hear quoting yourself makes you cool.

And like clockwork, i've found 3 pearls today as if magically fixed.

Edit: 5 now. from 1-2 per hundred, to zero in 500, to 1-2 per hundred again.
