Dell Techs recommend the latest driver from Nvidia - be sure to uninstall the old one complete first

Sorry for the delay. I've installed the drivers, and it still doesn't work. The exact same thing is happening.

Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 0: Cannot bind


Some other program that uses that same sockets?

Get Sysinternals Process Explorer from Microsoft pages - to look what is running also...

Well now I have no idea how to look at sockets with this program. Where do I find them?
