You have 32-bit Java and you're trying to run a 64-bit client. Download the 32 bit client.

Dang it the same thing that happened to the client from the website happened to this. Are there any ports I need to unblock?

It's either Could not connect to server or Connection timed out: connect

Yeah right before you said that. I tried both "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar sh.seatribe.se

It's either your firewall or a pathing issue to your ender's client folder then.
