it dossent work for me every time i open it black screens and on the top right it has a error i veiw the details and it says.

There is an ecryption error causing this. When was the first time you tried it? What version of Java are you using? (Java v6 or 7?)

I'm seeing a timestamp problem in the report, so it might not have anything to do with the change from Java 6 to 7. Someone might have a better idea of a resolution than I do, but make sure your system time is accurate and correct.
