What were the last things you remember doing (with that character) before you ended up with this character ghost state.

Make a new character on the same account and see if there's a runestone in the character creation room.

If you made a 2.0 character why didn't you inherit from the runestone? Click on it just to be sure. It should say the name on it.

My professional opinion is that you have multiple accounts (which we all do for various alts and such) and you actually created the 2.0 character under a different account name (Nardyman8504?) and didn't actually realize it.

If a character isn't showing up in the character list, and doesn't have a runestone in the character creation room, then the character has either died and ALREADY been reincarnated, or the character was made with a different account.

Period.
