yea i already did that i'm starting to think its a problem on the server's side because nothing is wrong with my connection with anything else nothing is blocking it and i checked everything on my computer hopefully the server shutdown and reload will fix it

problem solve turns out my anti virus's firewall decided to block it all the sudden feel free to lock it or whatever you want to do with it mods :p

yeah most of the time those huge anti virus stuff is doing more mess than good

Traceroute looks normal - you see a small increase (ms doubled) where your Providers backbone "cable" meets NY (No 9) - then over London and France to the server located in germany...
