Did you contact your Provider? Maybe someone accidently blocked ports there?

yea i already did that i'm starting to think its a problem on the server's side because nothing is wrong with my connection with anything else nothing is blocking it and i checked everything on my computer hopefully the server shutdown and reload will fix it
if it occurs again do an IP traceroute to server IP to find bottlenecks

yeah most of the time those huge anti virus stuff is doing more mess than good
Traceroute looks normal - you see a small increase (ms doubled) where your Providers backbone "cable" meets NY (No 9) - then over London and France to the server located in germany...
